July 2018 Wrap Up

Posting about my July reads in late September because I have been really busy with shifting to a new city and getting admission in a new college. In fact, I couldn't even read more than 6 books since early August. But I did read 8 books in July before my life got super busy. So here are the reads:

1. The Blue Moon Day by Santhosh Sivaraj

A book about finding luck and how it changes life. I kind of liked it.

Read my review here.

2. Rafina by Shandana Minhas

I really liked this novel. I loved the cover especially. I liked the story though it was a simple one.

Read my review here.

3. My True Angel by Irshad Thalakala

Just a simple love story. It was not that great but a sweet and simple one.

Read my review here.

4. The Slut Chronicles by Kritika Sharma

Thoroughly enjoyed this book about vengeance.

Read my review here.

5. Runaway by Proteem Bhaduri

This was an intelligent cat-and-mouse chase between a fugitive and the police. This murder mystery is a perfect short read.

Read my review here.

6. The Last Attractor of Chaos by Abhinav Singh

Incorporating Physics and Science fiction and Thriller it was a bit confusing read but I liked it.

Read my review here.

7. Hope and Sunshine by Debasmita Nath Ghosh

It's a cheesy love story but I liked it because it's humorous.

Read my review here.

8. The Lowland by Jhumpa Lahiri

My favourite read of the month and maybe my favourite book and maybe Jhumpa Lahiri is my favourite author, The Lowland tore my heart into pieces and put them back in a grave. I freaking loved it!

So these were my July reads. I'll be updating about my short August reads in a few days.
